Hugh Wallace, Amanda Bone and Siobhan Lam returned to our screens last night as they travelled to Dublin, Limerick and Waterford in search of this week's finalist
A modern 1970s home described by Home of the Year judges as “sleek and contemporary” was chosen as a finalist on last night’s show.
The couple fell in love with this 1970s-built house and set to work completely gutting and renovating the home and bringing it from a D3 BER rating to an A3. Hugh Wallace added: “I loved the '70s. It was such an exciting time and this house was about that excitement.” Speaking about her home, Amy said: “I always enjoy making things and sewing things and crafts of any kind which extended into our home when we did our renovation.
