"Cloudy Wednesday with outbreaks of rain and drizzle in the west and north. Any rain will clear away from the afternoon but it will stay cloudy with southwesterly breezes. Highest temperature of 9C to 12C. Becoming a little breezy then Wednesday evening with freshening southwest winds. Cloudy too with outbreaks of rain and drizzle along western and northern counties. Dryer elsewhere and some clear breaks developing in the south and east with lowest temperatures of 3C to 6C.
