Michael Comiskey had to call off the Wexford Football League Fourth Division game between Ballagh Utd and Gorey Celtic after being held and wrestled to the ground in the 70th minute.

Ballagh Utd Chairman, Colm O’Neill, confirmed today that the game was abandoned following an assault on the match official.
