The former Ireland manager could be heading to Australia
Mick McCarthy is rumoured to be taking part in this year’s edition of popular TV show I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
The 24th series of the hit show is set to take place at the end of the year in Australia and McCarthy could join the likes of Jill Scott, Ian Wright, David Ginola, and Harry Redknapp in making the transition to the football pitch to the jungle. Another said: “Rumours are going round that Mick McCarthy will be going into the ‘I’m a Celebrity, Get me out of here’ jungle this year. I think I’ll be watching it this time”
McCarthy was recently in the news when he recalled an encounter with Italy’s Toto Schillaci at Italia ‘90.
