Princess Andre has opened up about her evolving relationship with her mother, Katie Price , revealing that their bond has shifted dramatically. The 17-year-old, daughter of the former glamour model and her ex-husband Peter Andre , is also sister to Junior, Harvey, Bunny, and Jett. Now, Princess is shining in her own right as she embarks on a career in the public eye.
Appearing in Katie's latest documentary, which delves into her IVF journey, Princess had a candid chat with Katie, reflecting on how their connection has matured over time. 'As you get older you have a different type of bond. It is not a mummy and daughter bond anymore, it is more a grown-up bond,' Princess observed. She also spoke out in support of Katie's desire for more kids and expressed admiration for her mum's perseverance despite numerous hurdles. 'Mum is so determined. When she is determined to do anything, she will do it,' said Princess. 'I guess that is inspiring because I have the same mindset, if I want something I work hard for it.' Acknowledging her own love for motherhood, Katie shared, 'Being a mum to me is really important because I love giving love. That's me, that's who I am,' reports the Mirror. Speaking about her children's privilege, Katie shared with Hit Radio's Breakfast Show in July: 'My kids are definitely nepo babies and I know they've been bought up in the industry but they are talented in their own rights. It's not my fault that people have picked up and want to book Princess and that Junior is talented!' Despite this, Princess remains firm that it's her hard work that matters. 'It honestly doesn't bother me, because I know that's not the case. Obviously, it has helped, but if you don't put the work in yourself, you're not going to get anywhere,' she commented. With a burgeoning influencer career, Princess also teased a potential future in the music scene, following in her father's footsteps. When quizzed by a fan, 'Do you sing or compose any songs?', Princess gave an intriguing teaser, revealing: 'Not at the moment but potentially in 2025/26.'
