The popular budget airline is delaying the change, which was expected to go into effect before the summer.
Ryanair explained that from that date, the start of its winter schedule, people will have to use a digital boarding pass generated in their “myRyanair” app during check-in.They aim to eliminate almost all airport check-in fees from November 2025, with the goal of saving over 300 tonnes in paper waste each year.
