Kenah Hill, a breathtaking estate style family home in Killiney in south Dublin , was put up for sale last month with a price tag of €12 million. The property is packed full of incredible perks for prospective buyers, including a heated indoor swimming pool , an artificial grass tennis court and a designated wine cellar .

The house was bought in 2004 for around €7.7 million by entrepreneurs Brian Long and Olivia Gaynor-Long, who sold the property in 2015 for €9 million. It has now hit the market once again, with the new owners set to snap up one of the most impressive properties in the country. The incredible house is located on arguably Killiney’s most prestigious road, St. George's Avenue, which is accessed just off of Killiney Hill Road, a short stroll from Killiney village and Killiney Hill, with Dalkey Town Centre within ease of access. The property itself has about 929sq m (10,000sq ft) of space and features beautiful landscaped manicured gardens and wonderful views of the sea and the Dublin Mountains
