This fitness challenge has gone viral on TikTok and many are using it to help jumpstart their New Year's resolutions with five non-negotiable rules, could you complete it?
After a month of indulging in rich foods and alcoholic drinks over the festive period, by the time January rolls around we're all ready for some New Year's and intentions of exercising more, eating healthier and drinking less.
There is no particular diet specified for the challenge, it could be vegan, vegetarian, keto etc, but it must follow a structured plan and be designed with a physical improvement in mind.Exercise: The challenge requires participants to complete two workouts each day, one of which must be an outdoor activity- regardless of the weather conditions.
