Two Irish Lotto players have become instant millionaires after winning life-changing prizes in Wednesday night's draw. A total of over 53,000 players won prizes in the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws. The biggest win came in the main Lotto draw, where one lucky player matched all five numbers plus the bonus to secure the life-changing jackpot of €2,935,144. The winning numbers were: 05, 11, 26, 37, 46, 47 and the bonus number was 35.
Another player also claimed a seven-figure prize, winning the €1 million jackpot in the Lotto Plus 1 draw. The winning numbers for this draw were: 02, 10, 17, 27, 30, 33 and the bonus number was 36. The National Lottery is expected to reveal in the coming days where in the country the two winning Lotto tickets were sold.Meanwhile, in Wednesday's Lotto Plus 2 draw, the jackpot worth €250,000 went unclaimed, even though nine players won €250 each after matching five correct numbers. There were also 56 winners of the Raffle Prize, each receiving €500. The winning raffle number was 3658. The National Lottery urges all players across Ireland to check their tickets to see if they are among the 53,000 winners of prizes in Wednesday's Lotto and Lotto Plus games. Both the winners of the Lotto and Lotto Plus 1 jackpots are encouraged to sign the back of their tickets and contact the National Lottery Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email [email protected]. Arrangements will be made for them to claim their prize. If you hold a winning ticket purchased in a shop, you must claim your prize within 90 days of the applicable draw date.
