A man in his 20s who was tragically killed in a single car collision in Galway over the Bank Holiday weekend has been named as James O'Mahony, from the southside of Cork city.
The report suggests that James was on his way to the city following an event in north Galway when the car lost control.Gardai confirmed on Sunday that a man in his 20s had been pronounced dead at the scene following the road traffic collision on the N63 in Ballinasloe. His body was taken to Portiuncula University Hospital for a post-mortem.
Another added: "Can't believe it, I'm at a loss for words, RIP gone way too early. Sorry to your girlfriend to whom I know you loved and your heartbroken family. Gone but won't be forgotten."
