Gardai are investigating a serious assault that happened at an apartment in Dublin. It's understood that a woman suffered multiple stab wounds.
The incident happened shortly before 9pm on Friday in the Waterville area of Blanchardstown.
Dublin Live understands that a woman suffered multiple stab wounds, and a young child witnessed the incident.Gardai have launched an investigation and a technical examination of the scene has since been conducted. A man, aged in his 30s, has been arrested. "The woman received on-site treatment from emergency services personnel and was subsequently transported by ambulance to Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Her condition is understood to be stable.
