Vogue Williams and husband Spencer Matthews enjoy a sun-soaked vacation in St Barts with their children and friends, showcasing their impressive physiques in swimsuits and stylish outfits.
Vogue Williams has shown off her incredible bikini body as she soaks up the sun in the Caribbean with her husband, Spencer Matthews . The mum-of-three, 38 and the Made In Chelsea star, 35, are holidaying on the picturesque island of St Barts with their kids; Theodore, four, Gigi, two, and baby son, Otto.
Joining the family are the couple's pals, who posed for a photo with Vogue and Spencer in their swimsuits. In one snap, the reality TV and podcast star displayed an impressive six pack and rock-hard abs while sporting a floral bikini, red designer sunglasses and a chunky gold chain. In another photo, Vogue's abs were on display again, this time as she wore a lemon and sage-hued linen crop top and matching wide-leg pants as she headed out for dinner with her friends. She captioned the shots, in which Spencer also rocked a notable six pack: "First week of the holiday is over. The absolute best time with our pals. Find great pals to go away with and stick with them!" Spencer also shared a gallery of snaps to his own Instagram page, including a shirtless photo of himself flaunting his washboard abs on the beach. Standing opposite the Eden Rock Caribbean hotel - which his parents own - he wrote: "Grew up here for most of my childhood so really feels like home. Delish."Earlier this year, the reality star admitted he could have died if he hadn't stopped the 'abusive' drinking habits which were ultimately ruining his life. The dad-of-three has now turned his life around, but candidly opened up about his past struggles with alcohol and how deeply it impacted his wellbeing. Appearing on the Boots podcast Taboo Talk, which is hosted by his wife, Spencer revealed: "I could have lost you, I could have lost work, I could have died. Not to be overly dramatic about it, but that's the way it was heading." He also credited Vogue for helping him break free from his destructive drinking habits. Nowadays, Spencer enjoys a more respectable relationship with alcohol, sharing: "I feel very fortunate to have found that level of balance. I'm sober most of the time now. I've gone from problem-drinking on a daily basis to having a drink if I feel like it very irregularly." The telly star, who has been married to Vogue since 2018, opened up about first meeting his future wife on their joint podcast, called Spencer and Vogue. Sharing his initial thoughts when they both rocked up on Channel 4's The Jump, he claimed: "I thought you were ok, I thought you had some questionable exes if I'm honest, so that was a bit of a red flag for me." Startled by his confession, Vogue jokingly retorted: "I was a red flag to you? What?! That is the most bonkers s**t. Haha! Oh my god."
