Leading the parade will be acclaimed Dublin-born actress Victoria Smurfit, known for her roles in Ballykissangel, Once Upon a Time, and Disney+'s Rivals. \The parade will commence at 12 noon from Parnell Square, winding its way through the heart of Dublin city, culminating at Kevin St Junction.
