Ireland is in for a mixed bag of weather this weekend, with blustery winds, higher than average temperatures, potentially heavy rainfall and bouts of hail and thunder
A wet and windy weekend ahead, but due to be very mild temperature-wise, with temperatures above normal for this time of year.

Sunshine expected with highest temperatures of 15 degrees. Moderate to fresh southwest winds will veer occasionally strong and gusty westerly by the afternoon.
Some of the showers will be heavy with a chance of hail and thunder, especially in the west and north.
